Our dinner offerings present two distinct experiences.
The Typical Menu highlights regional flavors with starters such as pico de gallo, guacamole, and fried green plantains, followed by a traditional main plate featuring rice, sautéed beans, fresh salad, sweet plantains, picadillo-style potatoes, and a choice of chicken breast, beef steak, or pork chop.
The Regular Menu elevates the experience with refined appetizers like sea bass ceviche with coconut and pineapple or chicken satay with peanut dressing, followed by main courses such as mahi-mahi in passion fruit beurre blanc or beef loin in red wine reduction, and a classic dessert to complete the meal.

Created for elevated celebrations, this menu features sophisticated starters such as avocado and shrimp baskets and chicken rolls filled with vegetables and wrapped in bacon.
Guests may choose between premium main courses, including surf and turf with beef tenderloin, lobster tail, and jumbo shrimp, or mahi-mahi in a rich seafood sauce with mussels, shrimp, squid, and octopus.
The experience is completed with mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables, and a passion fruit cheesecake, offering a truly memorable dining experience.
